IWSLT 2018 will take place in Bruges, Belgium. The conference will be held in the Grand Hotel Casselbergh (http://www.grandhotelcasselbergh.com)
address: Hoogstraat 6, B-8000 Brugge, Belgium.
We have reserved rooms (arrival Oct 28th, departure Oct 30th, 2018) in the Grand Hotel Casselbergh, the rates per night are as follows:

The hotel will provide luggage storage if necessary.
Reservation

Please send the filled in form via e-mail to both, the reservation department of the hotel AND to Mrs. Margit Rödder. This eases to coordinate between the organiser and the hotel and ensures that all registrations are valid.
As every year, we have negotiated special rates with the conference hotel for the conference facilities and for the rooms. The good negotiations allowed us to lower the registration fee this year. Anyway it will be of great help for IWSLT's budget if most participants would stay in the conference hotel :-).
Getting to the Venue
The hotel is easy to reach by public transport or by car. The hotel has an underground car park with 40 parking places; places are according to availability and can only be reserved after booking. 200m down the road you will find Pandreitje car park with 210 places and 500 m along the public car park Alfa Park with 200 places.
The nearest airports are Brussels national airport (95 km), Antwerp airport (115 km) and Ostend airport (25 km).
The train station is 3 km away from the hotel. Taxi service is available at the station.
Social Event
In the evening of Oct. 29th we have a planed a social gathering (please register for the social event when registering for the conference).
